“Walking distance to Rotorua's CBD and 2 minutes from Eat Street. Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and well designed. We had a family room which had 2 comfortable double beds, a large bathroom with a rain shower plus a bath and a good range of toiletries. Despite visiting in the middle of winter the rooms were very warm. Did not use the bar or restaurant but both looked lovely; very clean and modern. The reception staff were marvellous:-). Also has an outside pool which looked great.”
“Thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at the Regent. Couldn’t really fault it. The swimming pool is lively and clean and warm. The hot tub a nice treat and the water lovely. The rooms extremely clean and in great condition. Bed is comfy enough. The towels, soaps etc are of reasonable quality and the dressing gown always a plus! We had breakfast both days and couldn’t fault the food. All the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you.

“First time staying here, nice room, great staff and looks like good facilities. Is close to eat street, little bit of noise at night but didn’t go late. Will definitely stay again on my next trip.”
