We take immense pride in our team and their accomplishments. Below, you’ll find a list of all our awards, showcasing our dedication to providing exceptional service to our guests.
– Alison – February 2026 | New ZealandThe staff were fantastic at accommodating our needs when we needed to change dates. We ended up with a far superior room – the 3 bedroom apartment – than the two hotel rooms we’d initially selected, for around the same price. The whole place was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was a perfect temperature. I will definitely stay there again next time we visit Rotorua.
