Cancellations due to Covid-19
If you have booked directly with the hotel and need to cancel due to a change in New Zealand Alert Levels related to COVID-19, there will not be a cancellation fee.

No show charges
Regular cancellation policies will be in effect. To avoid charges, please contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel your booking.
In case of a “no-show” or late cancellation, a charge equivalent to one night’s tariff will apply.

If you have made your reservation through a travel agent, online booking platform, or other third party, please contact your booking provider directly for assistance.

– Meaghan – March 2024 | CanadaGood: Really luxe feel to the entire property; but not too expensive either. Everything is clean, the bathrooms and mini kitchen are well-stocked and comfortable. Pool area is beautiful; we’re only sad that it was raining while we were there otherwise we would have been using the pool for sure! Location is great; Rotorua is a small town so easy to walk from the hotel to everywhere!
