Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool
Relax in our courtyard’s heated swimming pool, maintained at 28°C year-round. Sun-loungers await for unwinding, while poolside bar and food service are available daily from 8am to 8pm
Please be aware there is no lifeguard on duty and pool surrounds may be slippery when wet. Please take all precautions for your own safety. Avoid running or jumping. Do not take glass or bottles into the pool area or the pool itself. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Observe all safety and warning signs.

Indoor Mineral Pool
Mother Nature has gifted us with a natural geothermal spring pool for you to soak away your stresses and strains. Thermal water is drawn up from well below ground and is kept at an average temperature of 39 degrees Celsius (102 degrees Fahrenheit).
Please keep your head above water when you enjoy the thermal pool and also, please do not wear silver jewellery in the pool as it will turn black.
Let the mineral-rich waters melt away tension while you soak. Towels are available at Reception or Poolside, and the pool is open daily from 9am to 9pm. Please contact Reception for access.
Mountain Bike Storage
Our mountain bike storage is located next to our Mineral Pool, our secure bike storage is open daily from 6am to 8pm. Contact Reception for access and to receive your personal bike lock (a $20 bond applies).

CAR PARKING
Regent of Rotorua offers a limited number of off-street car parks. These are offered to guests staying in house on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. Our off-street car parking is complimentary.
Car parks are available on Pukaki St, which is immediately outside the hotel entrance. This is paid (metered) parking between 9am and 5pm. After 5pm, parking on Pukaki Street is complimentary.
Additional car parks are available on Rangiuru Street, which is immediately outside the hotel. This is permitted parking only between 9am and 3pm, however guests can park there after 3pm free of charge.

Used the meeting room and was perfect for our team. Food served was great – really excellent for a small team two day meeting.
